Bittel Vision Care Center - Caste Village

We've been coming here for a few years for both ourselves and our kids. The staff and doctors have all been friendly, caring, and have gone out of their way to help us. My son lost his glasses, and the staff spent extra time helping us figure out the most cost efficient way to replace them. One of my kids also has anxiety, and the staff and doctors help him feel comfortable during exams. We've always gotten quick responses anytime we've needed help or had questions, and appointments have always been on time and run smoothly. We've had a good experience at this practice.

I could not see right with contacts I got elsewhere. I even was re examined still not right. I tried bittel vision and they were so kind and now I can actually see small print! Thank you! I will no longer go anywhere else.

We recently brought our twins in for their first eye exam and my husband switched from his old Dr since moved. Between the four of us we saw both Dr.s and liked both of them. We had a great experience with the kids and were able to get them and myself exams all at once very smoothly. Dr. Bittel was so good with the boys and made them comfortable with the exam. The staff was very nice and helpful while filling out the forms.

At my most recent revisit to Bittel Vision Care in Caste Village, I was quite pleased for many reasons. Starting with easy parking, and a smooth check-in process with pleasant people, my appointment started basically right on time. The technicians made the pre-testing effortless and explained what the tests did. After being put in the exam room, my wait for the doctor was very prompt. She professionally answered all my questions and I left feeling like she tested my eyes just as if they were hers. We'll be going there again next year!

Over the years my experiences with Bittel Vision have always been very good. I believe the employees there do their very best to make patients feel comfortable and important. There is wide selection of frames and I felt no pressure to make a fast decision on my frame selections. My very recent eye exam by Doctor Matthew Bittel's was thorough. He is very personable and friendly as well. I would definately recommend them to others.

Receptionist was patience and kind when I was dealing with an insurance issue. Dr.Nault was fantastic with my daughter - explaining things at her level, involving her in the conversation and making it fun!

Dr. Matt is an excellent eye doctor. He takes the time to talk to his patients and address their concerns. The staff is very warm and welcoming every time I go into the office.

Dr Bittel is extremely thorough with the eye exam. He is also very patient and kind, he is one of the best eye doctors. I would highly recommend him to others.

When I go for my yearly check the team is extremely the best and Dr Mathew bittel is the best cause he’s lithe one I see but . He takes his time to answer any questions and just the whole team in general are the best I highly recommend going here

Dr. Nault is the best! Happy to have her as my eye doctor as I can tell she clearly cares. The humans who helped me pick out my new glasses were so helpful too! I am so happy to be a patient here and would recommend their services to anyone

I just went there yesterday for my first appointment and was very pleased with the staff there. They were very friendly and the doctor there was super nice and helpful. It was a nice experience for me.

They found a problem I didn’t know I had & sent me to an excellent laser surgeon & did the follow up at Coal Vally Rd. The office staff is outstanding along with Dr Robert Bittle.

I’m embarrassed to admit but I hadn’t had an eye exam for probably 10+ years...partly because of no vision insurance and then when I did have insurance, I just kept putting it off...then I broke my glasses on Christmas Day and had to super glue one of the ear pieces, so the time had come. But I started to fear the unknown. Well, today I had my appointment (with a wonderful new eye doctor) and after a thorough dilated (that was the worst part!) exam with digital imaging done, my vision is perfect for someone my age - no glaucoma, no macular degeneration. New glasses ordered...all is good!!
